Acceptable stay, some issues noticed

broken safe non-functional air conditioning

The room had all facilities, acceptable. Food was also good.

The air conditioning in my room was not cold at all. The temperature could not be adjusted, a disappointment. The wifi did not connect. i also found that the safe was broken.

old towels extra charge

The reception staff assisted with printing documents and provided a spare key, which I did require. They addressed an issue with the room safe promptly.

The rooms are in desperate need of refurbishment. The towels felt old. There was no place to hang wet towels for multiple guests. When I requested extra towels, I was informed there would be a charge of RM20 per towel.

adequate stay, but needs improvements

dirty elevators poor water quality

the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby restaurants.

the elevators were slow and seemed dirty (it was a bit off-putting). the pool area lacked upkeep, with sand everywhere and questionable water quality. i noticed many guests entering the pool fully clothed, which affected the cleanliness.

nice swimming pool musty room smell threadbare bathroom towels

the swimming pool were nice.

the room we got had a bit of a musty smell, and the bathroom felt really old and not cleaned to an acceptable standard. there was only a handheld shower, and the towels felt very threadbare. i thought it wasn't what i expected.
